What is your return policy?
Returns are available for 30 days after the item is purchased or received for store credit. We do not accept returns on plants unless damaged during shipping. Contact your closest store for help if you are having problems with a house plant or terrarium.
Do you have gift cards?
Gift cards can be purchased in-store, over the phone. Physical and e-gift cards are available.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Credit/Debit and gift cards are available for online purchases. Credit/Debit, gift cards, and cash are accepted at all brick-and-mortar locations. Some stores may require exact change as we are not primarily cash-carrying.
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are only required for groups of 5 or more and can be made online or over the phone.
How far in advance should I reserve the Plant Bar?
You can reserve the plant bar as far in advance as you would like. You may even reserve the plant bar the day before your event, but if there’s already another party at the same time, priority will go to the party that reserved first.
Is it kid-friendly?
The plant bar is appropriate for all ages, though we recommend 5+ as a minimum. Kids 15 and under need adult supervision.
Can I bring food and drink?
Yes! We are BYOB (yes, this includes alcohol) and food-friendly. Extra tables for food can be set up upon request. Plates, napkins, utensils, and cups are not provided.
Can I bring decorations?
You’re welcome to bring balloons or other decorations, but we ask that they do not interfere with other guests’ experience.
Are set terrarium packages optional?
Yes! You do not have to do a set terrarium for a large group. Each person can create their own terrarium, allowing for creative freedom. We’re always available to assist each person in finding a terrarium that fits their budget.
The Plant Bar is available for both walk-ins and reservations. For groups over 10 people, 20% gratuity is added at checkout. Pricing is a la carte: Container + Plants + Premium Extras. Sand, soil, and gravel are included!
