What ages are welcome at the Plant Bar?
All ages are welcome to come plant with us! We just ask that children 12 and under be accompanied by an adult. Must be 18 or older to reserve the plant bar for parties and events. You can even bring grandma, too.
How far in advance should I reserve the Plant Bar?
You can reserve the plant bar as far out in advance as you would like. You may even reserve the plant bar the day before your event, however, please keep in mind that if there is already another party coming in the same day and time as your event, priority will be given to the party who reserved the plant bar first. You know that cliché saying the early bird gets the worm? Yeah, well, better to be the early bird.
Does J&C provide food and beverages for private parties?
Jade and Clover does not provide any food or beverages for private parties. However, we have a BYOB policy, so you're more than welcome to bring your own beverages (drinks only, no food!). We'll be sure to clear a space for any drinks you decide to bring. Just be sure to bring enough to share with us too (kidding...well, kinda).
If you are planning on bringing drinks, please let us know when making your reservation so that we can make a note of it.
What is your return policy?
If you purchased an item and would like to return it, please return the item within 90 days from the date of the transaction. Item must be in original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Don't have the original receipt? No worries! All we'll need is the last 4 digits of the card used at the time of the transaction. Credit may be given in the form of in store credit only.
Do you offer gift cards?
Jade & Clover does offer gift cards. If you would like to purchase a gift card, you may do so over the phone, in-store or online here. If you are from out-of-state, we can also ship the gift card to you, the person you are gifting it to or purchase an e-gift card for convenience! Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we do offer shipping. If there is a product in store that you would like us to ship to you, please give us a call or visit us in store. Please be aware that we do charge a shipping fee, depending on package size and weight. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Are y'all open again?
Our storefront was closed due to COVID-19 but starting Tuesday, March 19 we will be in our shop
Monday - Saturday 11 am - 8 pm!
Masks are strongly encouraged for both your safety and that of our staff.
Are you still doing Plant Bar parties?
We are! Our parties are now limited to 6 or fewer. We are accepting a few after-hours private parties. Please email us for parties larger than 10. We cannot guarantee after-hours private parties but will do our best to accommodate them!
Do you offer contact-free curbside pick up?
Yes, we do! The easiest way to order is through our website and select pickup at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please note there is a 24-hour notice for orders.
